  • At Manuscriptum – The Handwriting Olympiad, all books and related products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
  • As our products are educational materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
  • However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@manuscriptum.in with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product. After verification, we will arrange for a suitable replacement, where applicable.
